Well, we made it through surgery well enough meaning everyone's alive and while not well, we can start the recovery process. We are exactly a week out from them going in and while there are issues we hope they stem from the anesthesia and trauma caused by cutting into the skull and that sort of thing. On the upside, we got to see pictures of the inside of her head and what they did which was kind of cool. Yes, the wife thought it was cool too.

Other than that, she'll start her PT in a week and we'll see where she is at that point.

Let's see, what else do we have? Oh, I've got the place holder cover for the book 6 which I'll post below. I'm working with the editor, Andrew, and a few other people to come up with a realistic timeline for the release date. At this point, it's looking like mid-November. I'll know more in a few days and I'll make a post about said release date here as soon as I have one.

I know this is short but I'm hoping that I'll be doing more of this so I won't overwhelm you with walls of text. Also, I do have a newsletter you can sign up for if you want to hear from me on a monthly basis. It's mostly pictures of Rufus and updates on the books/my life in general.
