Viktor's Potato Rounds

1 large baking potato

3 Table spoons of Olive Oil

9 Dashes of Salt (to taste)

9 tablespoons of shredded cheese

9 tablespoons of bacon bits

9 teaspoons sour cream

Clean the potato in the sink. Once that's done pull out the cutting board. Carefully place potato on board and cut into 1/2 inch rounds...(Wing it but try to keep them all about the same thickness.) Okay, after that, throw rounds into a bowl with some olive oil and salt...just enough oil to coat them and some salt for flavor.

Place at the bottom of your air fryer in rows. Secure your bucket turn on air fryer at 350 degrees for 9 minutes. Take out flip over and go for another 8 min then flip them back. At this point spoon on your cheese then bacon bits push back in and restart this process takes 1 to 2 minutes till everything is melted.

At this point you pull them out with tongs or a spatula and place them on a plate. A dollop of sour cream on each...and enjoy as soon as they're cool enough to eat.
